• The client shall also be responsible to reimburse the Website for any external expenses bore by www.Mirqam.com due to providing false information, for example, but not limited to any fees resulted from false credit card information or incurred fees under the client’s account disputed in violation of this Contract.

11. When providing a service to the client, www.Mirqam.com creates an invoice and the client has to take one of the following choices within two (2) days counted from the date of receiving the service from the Website:

* Accept the service and approve the invoice with the possibility of evaluating the performance of Mirqam’s team members who provided the service; or

* Reject the service within two (2) days counted from the date of receiving the service from the Website in case it was not satisfying. In this case, the client needs to urgently report the issue to the Website to resolve the problem if the failure was due to the poor performance of the employee with the necessity of presenting a convincing reason for rejecting the service.

1. In case no decision was taken by the client within two (2) days from receiving the service, the first choice will be selected automatically.

1. In case the client’s rejection of the service was accepted by Mirqam, the work will be modified pursuant to the client’s requirements without any additional payment and the client will have to take one of the two choices mentioned above again (accept or reject) with a third option of getting a refund by contacting Mirqam.com for the whole amount in case the service was unsatisfying.

1. In case the service could not be provided by Mirqam for any reason, the client will be notified by email, and the paid amount will be refunded to him or her.
